I logged in but I can't do anything more than I could before. What's up with that?

If you can log in but aren't getting the Premium features, it means you need to complete the subscription process or your subscription has been cancelled. In either case, click here to subscribe.

What does "subscribe" mean?

"Subscribe" means that you become a member of zKorean and pay $4.95 per month (via PayPal or Amazon Payments) and in return get access to Premium features.

Do I have to subscribe again every month to keep the Premium membership?

Your PayPal or Amazon Payments account will be automatically charged every month on the anniversary of your subscription. You don't have to do anything. If using PayPal and not using a credit card for charges, you may need to add funds to your PayPal account in order to pay the subscription fee.

Will you bill me every month?

Your PayPal or Amazon Payments account will be automatically charged every month. You wil not receive a bill or invoice. You can view your billing history in your account area.

Does my subscription run out? Do I need to do anything to keep it going?

Billing is automatic, and as long as your PayPal or Amazon Payments can accept the $4.95 charge each month, you don't need to do a thing.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at any time by going to the Account area and clicking on "Cancel Subscription" and following the instructions to complete the cancellation at either Paypal or Amazon Payments.

I'm in a country where I can't use PayPal or Amazon. What can I do?

I'm working to get a new payment system online what will handle more countries. Until the, in rare cases, we can accept a wire transfer for a 6-month or one-year prepayment. Contact me and I'll see what I can do for you.
